3 Ways To Support A Person’s Well-Balanced Food Plan

I’ve learned to use each of these “P’s” throughout my weightloss along with my maintenance mission.
First happens to be Persistence. I must remain persistent in following my chosen planned food choices. If I slip up and also make a unhealthy choice, I get right back in there producing good choices yet again.
The second is Patience. There are almost always weeks where my size stayed the same and when I failed to notice the improvements I’d been working for. I’ve been forced to learn to really show patience with my internal system and also with my thinking in adapting to this new lifestyle. I can do it, and it helps when I’m not so hard on myself.
The third is Prayer. For me, I need the strength I receive from praying every day. I ask The Lord to grant me the ability in making sensible decisions and also conquer temptations which may face me. Then I put the work in to avoid cravings and also to be well prepared with my own meal options.
