Amazon.com: Franky Lynn’s Evaluation Of Six Pack Abs 365 – How To Get And Keep You…
Friday, April 27th, 2012“
I am 62 years old, 6’2”, and weigh 266 lbs. Due to a head-on auto accident that happened 40 years ago, I have an artificial hip that has been totally or partially replaced 5 times. Then I found out that I had prostate cancer, with a PSA of 10+, and I started spending more time at a favorite sports bar, and drinking heavily, and was too depressed to even think of exercising. After undergoing successful prostate cancer surgery without having to resort to chemo therapy or radiation, I have been cancer free for over 5 years. After 3 1/2 years of medication success and failures, I found that by giving up sugar, sweeteners, desserts, alcoholic beverages, I did not need medication.
Apparently, sugar screws up my metabolism and my electrolyte levels, and that is what brings on the heart problems, though I can’t get any doctor to agree with my diagnosis.
I definitely do not like the way I look, and have been trying to work up the initiative to start daily walking and running exercises to lose weight and feel better. BTW, I also suffer from chronic depression, and take medication for that. The problem is I remember how difficult it was for me to stick to my exercise regimen 6 years ago, struggling with extreme exhaustion and forcing myself to stick with it week after week after week.
It was not a fun time in my life, though losing weight steadily kept me motivated. As of today, I am going shopping for an inexpensive weight lift bench set, and setting it up in my apartment.
